The investigative activities carried out in this area are aimed at verifying, at the pre-employment stage, the veracity of the curriculum vitae that the candidate has submitted to the Company.

Such investigations can be commissioned from our investigative agency, in compliance with current regulations, as long as consent is sought in advance from the person to be selected for employment.

Only in this way will it be possible to initiate pre-employment investigations to verify what the individual has set forth within his or her resume, ensuring that the employer has correct, reliable, and verified information.

The investigative activities we are going to carry out, on a national scale, will be informative in nature and will be aimed at finding matches and documenting each and every item indicated within the resume such as, for example, education, previous work activities performed, references, real reasons regarding termination, etc…

At the end of the investigation, an investigative report will be provided to the Client in which the findings of the investigations made will be indicated highlighting the main critical issues found in order to enable the Client to make its decisions with full knowledge of the facts.
