The steps the company can take
In such cases, it is possible to call upon our investigative agency, which will conduct corporate investigations, nationwide, aimed at gathering incontrovertible evidence that will enable the company to assert its rights in court.
This evidence will be contained within an investigative report that will be delivered to the Client for eventual production in court. Said documentation will possibly be supported by the testimony in court of the licensee or our investigative personnel who carried out the investigation.
