We are duly authorized to conduct defense investigations pursuant to theArt. 222 of Leg. 271/1989 andArt. 327-bis of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as amended by Law 397/2000, which allows licensed private investigators to work in the defense at every state and level of criminal proceedings, including the execution phase and proceedings for review judgment.
In this area, we carry out a wide range of investigative activities, including:
