These investigations are developed by our operational staff behind the coordination of the Corporate Management and are aimed at collecting useful elements to ascertain the existence of marital infidelity on the part of the husband or wife.
The investigative activities carried out will consist of a static and dynamic observation service of the subject suspected of having an extramarital affair during which all possible details will be documented (photographs and video footage) which, included within the final investigative report delivered to the Client, will allow the Client to take legal action even for a possible request for separation with charge (art. 151 of the Civil Code) using said report and our possible testimony in court, as evidence.
