Investigative activities are carried out in strict compliance with current regulations and ensuring absolute confidentiality. The survey includes checks related to behaviors, lifestyles, attendance in inappropriate settings, and possible risky conduct, including alcohol or substance addiction, dangerous relationships, neglect, aggression, or lack of control.
The outcome of the investigation is formalized in a detailed report accompanied by photographic, video and testimonial evidence where possible, and can be legally used in court to support the court’s decision on child custody. Based on the evidence gathered, the judge may decide whether to confirm joint custody, maintaining a balance between the parental figures, or opt for sole custody if it becomes clear that either parent is unable to provide a healthy, stable and safe environment for the child.
The primary goal of this activity is never to harm either party, but to protect the child and ensure that he or she grows up in a protected environment that meets his or her basic needs.
