SSI specializes in conducting nationwide anti-stalking investigations, with the goal of protecting the safety and peace of mind of our clients who are victims of stalking by gathering concrete and legally valid evidence useful for taking action in criminal cases against the perpetrator.
Stalking, formally defined as “persecutory acts” within the Penal Code, Article 612-bis, is a crime that occurs when a person, through repeated conduct, threatens or harasses another to the point of causing him or her an enduring and severe state of anxiety or fear, or to force him or her to change his or her lifestyle habits. This is a particularly insidious violation, often manifested through stalking, stalking, persistent phone calls, intimidating messages, obsessive social media monitoring, damaging or other forms of psychological pressure.
Through the use of professional investigative techniques and advanced technological resources, our operators are able to document in objective detail any persecutory conduct. Investigative work is carried out in compliance with the law, with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, to protect the privacy and safety of the Principal throughout the course of the investigation.
At the end of the operations, all the material collected-including photographs, video footage, descriptive reports, time data, and circumstances-is organized into a comprehensive investigative report, compiled so that it can be used in court as evidence. Upon request, our investigators can also provide direct testimony in court, further enhancing the credibility and value of the evidence acquired.
Our aim is to support the Client not only on a legal level, but also on a human level, offering concrete and timely assistance in often delicate and complex situations, where speed of intervention can make the difference in protecting the person.
