Formalizing the attention that the company already devotes to inclusive policies for all genders, without distinction, therefore represents the next immediate step to be taken. This need has been concretely addressed through the drafting and approval of a series of written commitments, all of which converge in and depend upon the document entitled “Gender Equality Policy” (available here in its full version).
This document establishes our organization’s commitment to implementing improvement measures aimed at ensuring a working environment inspired by the principles of gender equality, including with reference to the following identified areas of action:
- Corporate culture and strategy;
- Corporate governance;
- Human resources management and development processes;
- Opportunities for women’s growth and inclusion within the company;
- Gender pay equity;
- Protection of parenthood and work–life balance.
Through the establishment of a Steering Committee for Gender Equality Policies, as well as the definition of a Strategic and Corporate Monitoring Plan, our organization will ensure the effective implementation of the principles and rules underpinning policies aimed at guaranteeing gender equality, in all its forms, within the company. Through these actions, we intend to provide concrete support for gender equality within our corporate reality, having recognized the importance of creating an inclusive working environment in which all employees may enjoy equal opportunities for growth and professional development.
