Quality, Environment and Safety Policy
The Management of S.S.I. Srl, has established to adopt, pursue and communicate to all levels of the company, compliance with the principles and criteria set forth in the reference standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 UNI EN ISO 45001:2023 of the Integrated Management System.
The Integrated Management System Manual (MSGI), to which this document is attached and forms an integral part, describes in detail all the actions and verifications that are carried out to adequately and satisfactorily achieve the company’s goals for quality, environment and safety.
The organization’s strategic goal is Customer satisfaction to be achieved through continuous improvement of all business processes. Awareness of the importance of implementing a policy aimed at minimizing the reduction of risks to the health and safety of staff and the environment has affected corporate identity to such an extent that it has become an essential component of its development model in which environment, health and safety represent values.
Goals and commitment to ensure the quality of services provided, occupational health and safety, and environmental sustainability
The Management of S.S.I. Srl, through a set of rules and procedures, pursues the following objectives:
- Refine the quality culture already in place by involving employees in Quality and Continuous Improvement development and risk analysis.
- Constantly consider the context in which you operate, taking into account the peculiarities and expectations of the stakeholders involved.
- Operate in full compliance with mandatory safety, occupational hygiene, accident prevention and environmental regulations.
- To provide a Security Global Partner service, allowing its customers the opportunity to focus on their Core Business.
- Ensure that the customer is assured of the confidentiality of the data processed, through organizational procedures and continuous awareness raising to operators.
- Reject lower quality than specified.
- Providing comprehensive outsourcing, thanks to the team of qualified professionals and the adoption of the latest ICT infrastructure, the use of the most modern management systems.
- Providing Best Practice/Best Quality thanks to the experience and know-how of the men of S.S.I s.r.l. together with the professionalism of a pool of partners who guarantee the achievement of quality standards of absolute excellence, all while effectively combining the rigor and formal correctness of current Security regulations with the organizational and operational models of its clients.
- To consolidate a lasting and profitable cooperative relationship with all clients in order to always provide services that meet their expectations at mutually sustainable costs and always comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Implement everything necessary and possible for the elimination of occupational health and safety hazards from which accidents, injuries and occupational diseases may result.
- Continuously monitor compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements and commitments made to stakeholders.
- Integrate occupational health and safety issues within business processes through careful assessment of all health and safety risks to its employees, contractors and visitors.
- Define the duties and responsibilities of all personnel actively involved in processes related to Occupational Health and Safety.
- To protect the environment and pursue sustainable development by actively maintaining and improving control of its environmental aspects with a Management System.
- Prevent any pollution and minimize the environmental impacts of its activities, particularly those from air emissions, waste management, energy consumption, fire prevention, and environmental noise management.
- Ensure that facilities, equipment, workplaces, operating methods and organizational aspects are implemented in a manner that safeguards the safety of workers, company property, third parties and the community in which the company operates.
- Train and inform all workers on the specific hazards related to the occupation and those related to the type of facility through a suitable training plan.
- Promote communication, participation and consultation among all workers in order to develop the awareness of personnel engaged in the various activities under their jurisdiction, improving their awareness of their own role and potential, both in relation to the prevention of risks inherent to health and safety and for the purposes of actions to be taken in situations of danger or emergency.
- Consider prevention essential to achieve, as a result of the measures taken, an acceptable residual risk level for the company and at the regulatory level.
- Continuously monitor compliance with adopted procedures through control activities.
- To consolidate a cooperative relationship with all suppliers, achieving appropriate standards of safety and efficiency in process management.
Management is therefore committed to annually assessing and determining the intentions and development goals of the integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Management System by drafting an internal planning document. Professionalism, know-how and competitiveness will be the working tools to pursue continuous improvement and create added value.
Specific and measurable objectives are defined annually, and their actual achievement is verified through continuous monitoring of the results achieved, the analysis of which forms the basis for periodic management review.
