Società Servizi Italia Srl (SSI) is a Global Security Service Provider, specializing in providing multiple services in the area of security to companies and organizations:

  • Unarmed surveillance, i.e., video surveillance and tele-alarm services, concierge and custodial services with uniformed employees, networking activities with security firms;
  • consulting in the sense of business risk analysis on security and offering a scaled-up project consistent with available budgets
  • Business-to-business investigation of corporate structures,
  • verification of espionage cases and environmental remediation;
  • Provision of full service personnel for large events such as exhibitions, conventions special events.

SSI acts as a single point of contact for all needs related to corporate security, offering integrated and customized solutions that enable clients to focus on their core business, freeing themselves from the management and operational complexity associated with security issues. Through this centralized approach, SSI not only contributes to improving the overall performance of client companies, but also fosters significant optimization of resources, ensuring better value for money and significant simplification of management processes.

SSI’s consultative and operational approach is based on a strategic vision that combines technology, specialized skills and extensive industry experience. Each project is managed with an integrated logic, capable of adapting to both small and large multisite organizations, always in compliance with regulatory standards and with constant attention to evolving risks and threats.

This operating model is made possible by the company’s new corporate structure, which has consolidated its market positioning through the acquisition and integration of several previously autonomous operating entities, now merged into a single structured and synergistic group. Thanks to this aggregation process, SSI can now count on an organization of more than 400 professionals, including direct and indirect personnel, operating throughout the country, capable of covering every area of security: from physical surveillance to electronic systems, from cybersecurity to consulting and training services.

In 2024, Società Servizi Italia Srl (SSI) received the prestigious silver medal from EcoVadis, reflecting its excellent score in sustainability.

This important recognition places the entire Group among the top 15 percent of the world’s best companies for attention to the environment and social responsibility, confirming the company’s commitment to sustainable and responsible practices.

SYNESGY
Certification

Società Servizi Italia Srl was awarded the “C – Satisfactory” score in the Synesgy certification in 2024. This recognition is based on a rigorous methodology that follows international sustainability standards, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), developed by CRIF Ratings, with oversight from ESMA. The Synesgy certification confirms SSI’s focus on adopting sustainable and transparent practices.

ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 Certifications

Società Servizi Italia Srl boasts ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 certifications for the design and delivery of security, concierge, reception and switchboard services. OUR HISTORY

2002

The group was founded in September 2002 with the company Servizi Italia SRL operating mainly in the field of large-scale retail trade, organized distribution, and strongly characterized by business development in the Piedmont area.

2004

In 2004 the new corporate structure was created consisting of new key partners with high managerial experience in multinational contexts and Institutions. Thanks to this, the company had a strong commercial and business organization thrust, according to the most modern organizational methodologies strongly pushing the level of computerization, certifying processes and working methods, better introducing the concept of the Customer at the center of the service delivery system, and applying that of the “value” given to security, more and more as a support to the Business and not as a cost.

Today

In recent years, the demand for security has been shifting from a logic of single specialization of security players to an integrated security process within which companies must be able to serve the entire security value chain.
SSI has been able to meet the challenge without passively suffering the change in the new security market, devising a business model that would allow it to best respond to the new, and ever-changing, demands of its customers. An “all round” model structured to assist clients from the design phase to the execution phase, capable of ensuring the best market performance while guaranteeing the best efficiency.
This is how SSI manages to shape the most appropriate solutions for each specific security need, avoiding the standardization that is often typical of large multinationals operating in the security sector.

2002

SSI was founded in Turin in 2002 with first logo and other institutional colors and introduced itself as a new entity in the unarmed security sector.

The first service contracts were in fact related only to the Piedmont area and focused on large-scale retail trade.

2004

In this year the current management acquired the controlling capital and proceeded with the move of the legal and operational headquarters to Milan, an operation that facilitated the growth and evolution to the structured company it is today.
The logo that represented SSI until 2025 was born and the institutional colors changed.
With the new board, strategies changed, expanded, and were aimed at national and multinational companies from various sectors both in Piedmont but especially in Lombardy.

The same year of the acquisition saw the start of the creation of the surveillance network under Article 115 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security (TULPS) for the brokering of armed security activities throughout the country.
Over the years, the network has gradually expanded the number of surveillance institutions with which it cooperates with more than 200 companies making up the network.

Within a short period of time, the staff was implemented to be able to administer the various business areas.
In addition to the Operations Manager, key figures such as Coordinators who support the client on site and follow up with a group of operators for whom they have become the first point of reference to guarantee an ever-present service were included.

At the end of 2004, the SSI group acquires a company with an investigative license, which further expands the business segments to be offered to principals on the business intelligence segment.

2006

In 2006, the Rome branch was inaugurated to open a sales and operations office.

The group’s line of business was expanded through the ‘acquisition of an events company specializing in hiring qualified personnel (hostesses, stewards, interpreters, etc.)

The Business Intelligence structure evolved over time and created the division for TRAVEL SECURITY.

2009

SSI obtains ISO 9001 certification.

2020

The detective agency integrates classic services with the division for digital investigative investigation (OSINT).

2021

In 2021 he organized the first conference in Italy on the topic in Milan, which was presented under the title “OPEN SOURCE INTELLIGENCE – SCENARI ATTUALI E TECNICHE APPLICATIVE.”
The organization included guests in the hall and hundreds of online connections who were able to watch a variety of talks given by national and international speakers.

2023

SSI obtains ECOVADIS and SYNEGSY certifications.

2024

SSI obtains ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
